The Sitka Daily Sentinel. Sitka’s Daily Newspaper had a great float, right about in the middle of the parade, AND, after the Coast guard got the biggest applause of the parade. Congratulations Thad and Sandy.
After the parade ended the “people’s parade” continued as folks followed the parade to Totem Square to the food booths, games and the water fight. (This is the second tranche of pictures from the parade, to see the first click here.)
